This was an exciting day for the 5th grader at LCEU because it was their D.A.R.E. graduation. The parents as well as the students all listened intensely to the words of Sarah Chaneyworth’s D.A.R.E. Essay as she shared all that she had learned in the 10 weeks with Deputy Whitaker. Deputy Whitaker said that all of the essays were outstanding! She added, it was hard to pick the over-all winner but Sarah’s stood out with her plans to live drug free and make wise decisions with everything she is faced with in life.
