JENNA BOARDMAN

D.A.R.E. Youth Advocacy Board Member from Canada

Hi! My name is Jenna Boardman, and I am pleased to be the Canadian YAB for D.A.R.E. I was born in Corner Brook, Newfoundland, and I live with my Mom, Dad, and younger brother.

I’m an active member of the Corner Brook Rapids swim club where I enjoy speed swimming six times a week, and competing in events all across Newfoundland. Currently, I am attending Corner Brook Regional High School, and I take part in the French program. I also enjoy playing the trumpet in my school band. I’m also a proud member of the Qalipu First Nations.

In Newfoundland the D.A.R.E program was first introduced to me in Grade six by Const. Bob Edwards. I look forward to working beside Const. Shawna Park throughout our community. I know this will be an amazing experience and the opportunity of a lifetime.

Being in this position is truly honoring and I am looking forward to representing Canada.
