
On March 21st, Julia Manning, D.A.R.E. America Youth Advocacy Board Member from New Jersey, spoke at the West Ridge and East Brook Elementary Schools’ D.A.R.E. Graduation.
Julia said, “It was a great night and the kids looked awesome in their D.A.R.E. shirts,” and that “the essay winners were great. I was so impressed.”
Julia also joined the Park Ridge Stigma Free Committee on the same day. She is the only student on the whole committee.
“We discussed ways we can make our town stigma free. We also have many different events planned for next month that I am looking forward to,” Julia said about the committee.
