On Wednesday evening, November 14, Senator Scott Cyrway was awarded the Minuteman Award by the Maine Christian Civic League.
The Minuteman Award is given to elected officials who courageously and effectively advocate for the major policy issues of the Christian Civic League: Life, religious freedom, and biblical/family values.
Carroll Conley, CCL Executive Director: “Scott has been a reliable voice for all these issues. We especially appreciate his steadfastness in life and his work against marijuana.”
Senator Cyrway: “My faith in God is strong as is my belief in our true countrymen and women who protect our freedom that has been preserved for centuries. I will continue to hold the front line of defense and show this State there is more to just enabling and not holding people accountable for their actions. Let’s not forget our heritage and our Constitution which I as a Legislature am sworn to uphold.”
