On October 24 through November 4, 2022, officers from the states of Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, New York, and North Carolina gathered to attend D.A.R.E. America’s D.A.R.E. Officer Training in Annville, Pennsylvania. The training was conducted at the Northeast Counterdrug Training Center (N.C.T.C.) in Fort Indiantown Gap. N.C.T.C. and staff were instrumental in supporting the training, and we appreciate their backing. Mr. Jack Killian, the state of Pennsylvania’s State Training Coordinator, was also instrumental in planning, organizing, and for the ultimate success of the training. In the end, 20 new D.A.R.E. Officer Candidates were certified. The D.O.T. was led by Facilitator (Ret.) Capt. Timothy P. Madden of the Connecticut State Police.
