The Official D.A.R.E. Safety & Self-Esteem Buddy RETRO BILL was proud to be the Keynote Speaker at the Spring 2022 D.A.R.E. Graduation at Saint Mary’s of the Assumption Catholic School in Santa Maria, California at the invitation of D.A.R.E. Officer Al Torres who is celebrating his 20th year as a D.A.R.E. Officer and is currently (due to limited staffing and budget cuts) VOLUNTEERING his time to teach D.A.R.E. in Santa Maria, California. Special Thanks to San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s SRO/Deputy Susy Corriea who also volunteered her time to help make the Graduation EXTRA-SPECIAL for the Graduates and their Parents!
