New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn, the 2016 DEA/DARE Law Enforcement Executive of the Year, will be honored at the 29th D.A.R.E. International Training Conference in Atlanta, Georgia from July 19-21.

The Northern New England Training Team trained and certified 14 new D.A.R.E. Officers from New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Vermont that year. Since being named as Director of the New Hampshire State Police back in 2010, Colonel Quinn or his designee has spoken at every Northern New England D.A.R.E. Officers Training graduation. Since 2010, the Northern New England Training Team has trained 115 new D.A.R.E. Officers from NH, ME, NY, RI, MA, VT, CT, WA and Canada.
