D.A.R.E. curricula provide students the knowledge and skills to make good decisions for safe and healthy living. D.A.R.E.’s keepin’ it REAL elementary and middle-school curricula are based on Socio-Emotional Learning Theory which identifies basic skills and processes needed for healthy youth development. Beyond this, D.A.R.E.’s enhancement lessons include bullying, suicide prevention, cyber security, family talks, and the recently launched K-12 Opioid & & Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention lessons. D.A.R.E. offers the most comprehensive prevention curricula available for K-12 students anywhere.
When you enter, you have the option to donate to D.A.R.E. via the FindKeepGive Foundation (a 501c3 non-profit organization). Donations are optional and not required for entry. 80% of NET donations are granted to D.A.R.E. at the end of the giveaway after prizing, advertising, and other accounting and administrative costs. 1% of gross donations are paid to D.A.R.E monthly while the campaign is live. 20% of the NET proceeds go to FindKeepLove for facilitating, hosting, advertising, and promoting the campaign.
