Hennepin Co. Sheriff Dewanna Witt and TC lead the parade onto the field. New York Mills PD carried the D.A.R.E. banner. Roseau Elementary’s Anastyn L., accompanied by her family and D.A.R.E. Officer Zach Manka, went to home plate to through out the opening pitch. Anastyn had the winning poster in this year’s D.A.R.E. poster contest.
